Heirs Holdings has appointed Ifesinachi Okoli-Okpagu as the Group Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) for its retail brands. With over 15 years of experience across technology, financial services, hospitality, media, philanthropy, and energy, she has built a strong reputation for driving business growth and transforming brands, particularly in emerging markets.

In her new role, she will oversee the marketing strategies for Heirs Insurance Group, United Capital Plc, Avon HMO, Avon Medical Practice, Heirs Technologies, Redtech, and Africa Prudential Plc. Her leadership is expected to strengthen these brands, improve customer engagement, and drive business expansion.

Beyond her corporate career, Ifesinachi is actively involved in mentorship and leadership development through programs such as GapX, LEAP Africa Young Women Leaders Program, WIMBIZ Mentorship Programme, and the Tony Elumelu Foundation.
