A Community-as-a-Service for Africa’s insurance ecosystem. We run forums, hubs, scholarships, internships, product sprints, market research and CSR programs that actually include insurance youths. 

Any student or young professional in insurance, actuarial science, risk managemenl, data, or related fields. Employers, lecturers and NGOs can join as partners. 

Apply with a short form (250 words or a 60-sec pitch). Finalists get interviews, winners get cash + mentor + placement pipeline. Most scholarships include reporting and a short deliverable.

Not a guarantee, but winners get direct placement support and priority interviews with partner employers when internship opportunities avail.

We design, run and report CSR programs for insurers, insurtechs and brokers. That includes community events, scholarship management, volunteer tracking and an impact report you can share publicly.

We recruit student panels and run 4-week co-design sprints: idea, prototype, pilot, feedback. Sponsors get user-tested MVPs and a go-to-market brief.

Post internships/jobs on our forum, sponsor scholarships, run product sprints, or book a CSR package. Employer dashboards show applicant quality and engagement analytics.

Basic membership is FREE. Paid tiers exist for premium mentorship, certification tracks, and early access to jobs.

WhatsApp and Discord for chat hubs, Zoom for live events, an employer portal for hiring, and a simple CMS for content and applications.

We track placements, scholarship completion, event attendance, volunteer hours and post- program surveys. Sponsors receive a concise impact pack.
